And in the 28th minute, Malaysia got a goal. It was scored by the Malaysian captain, Syafiq Rahim with his curved shot. It hit the left post and went into the goal. Malaysia vs Lebanon ( 2nd leg )!!!! 2012 London Olympics Qualifiers

2 - 1   This time, Malaysia have won the second leg by 1 goal!!!
Congratulations!!!! In the first half, Malaysia played consistently and had 2 goals scored! The first goal was scored by Irfan Fazail just eight minutes after the whistle and one more just 4 minutes before halftime, scored by Wan Zack Haikal from a world class through ball by Gary Steven Robbat. Malaysia had struggled to maintain the score by 2 - 0  because the Harimau Muda A player, Gary Steven Robbat had received 2 yellow cards from the Japanese referee ( one on the 1st minute and the other on the 45th minute ). Unfortunately, Chadie Atie of Lebanon  had scored a goal on the 64th minute with a free header in front of the goalkeeper. That made the Malaysian team worried of a tied score before the whistle goes. But fortunately, Malaysia had maintain the score 2-1 till the 95th minute ( plus extra time ) before heading into the third round of the qualifiers. The match schedule will be drawn in the AFC House, Bukit Jalil on July 7th. Enjoy the video of the match between Malaysia and Lebanon!

# 11 thing to do

Surprisingly, the # 11 thing to do will be supporting Malaysia in just anything! Especially in sports, of course. No matter where we are, we still must support Malaysia!
As example - yesterday, although it was a Thursday, there was still people at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium supporting the Malaysian football team in a 2012 London Olympics Qualifiers match. The Malaysian team was facing the higher-standard Lebanon ( Although our rankings was higher then them. But why say so? Because they got a bye in the first round although we did play with Pakistan in the first round ) in an highly pressured environment. In the end, Malaysia won by 1 score difference, 2 - 1. One of the reasons the have won would be the support of we, Malaysians. Although the stadium was not fully seated, but the players knew that many people was in front of the television supporting them. Without our support, they may have been beaten. So remember my words and support the Malaysian football team next Wednesday, 8 pm at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium where Malaysia will be facing Chinese Taipei ( Taiwan ) in the 2014 Brazil World Cup. Don't miss it!

Malaysia vs Lebanon ( 1st leg )!!!! 2012 London Olympics Qualifiers

Unexpectedly, Malaysia had a draw with Lebanon without any goals when we played in Lebanon ( away ) ! As for the second leg, Malaysia will be playing with Lebanon in the Bukit Jalil National Stadium on the 23rd of June ( this Wednesday ) . According to the consistency of the Malaysian team, I think Malaysia would be able to continue to qualify for the next round. I hope so! Above is the highlight of the match, enjoy!

# 10 thing to do

This time, the well-knowned Genting Highlands would be my target. Genting Highlands is a place somewhere on a mountain in Pahang. It is well-knowned for its low temperature and its facilities in it.
Did you know which hotel is ranked fourth in largest hotel ranking? Yes, that's right, its the First World Hotel. It has a total of 6118 rooms. You can reach Genting by taking a ride on the Genting Skyway ( That's the cable car ). This cable car service is also the fastest in the world ( moving 6 meters per second ). You can also enjoy the scenery while waiting to reach Genting. Genting is also famous for its Theme Park. It has an outdoor, indoor and a water park. There is also a shopping complex named First World Plaza below the hotel. You will have much fun over there!

#9 thing to do

For today, lets go to Pudu and try the well-knowned Tong Kee Egg Tarts!
Tong Kee Brothers Confectionery opened their first shop in Pudu and later at other places in Klang Valley as their business start to grow. Their Egg Tarts are said to be the best in Malaysia. Some customers said that the egg custard was not too sweet, very soft, creamy, juicy, and the outer layer is very crunchy. That is why customers will not get bored eating their Egg Tarts every day! Besides, they also sell Halal egg tarts, Lou Gong biscuit, Char Siu biscuit and many more. Remember to go early as their egg tarts will be sold out fast!!!!

#8 thing to do

After being absent in this blog for the past few days, I decided to introduce a place that would be interesting to everyone. And that place would be.................... the Mamak Stall.
As stated in the last few posts, Mamak stalls are owned and opened by Indian Muslims. Mamak stalls are traditionally operated on roadsides. As they get more business, they would be operating their stalls in a shop lot. This phenomena is often seen around Malaysia in the 21st century. Some Mamak stalls may also open 24 hours a day. Many Malaysian youngsters often hang out at a Mamak stall till late night and at the same time catch a football match as Mamak stalls often have projected programs ( normally sports) in their shop. Never been to a Mamak stall? Try it out TODAY! Remember to try a cup of Teh Tarik!

Malaysia 0 Cambodia 1

It was a bad day for Malaysia as they lost to the lower-ranked Cambodia with 1 goal. The Cambodian football team made it past the national goalkeeper, Khairul Fahmi Che Mat just 10 minutes after the whistle had blown. On the 45th minute, Malaysia received a good cross and nearly got a goal. The shot was blocked by the Cambodian team goalkeeper. The results was maintained by the Cambodian team until the final whistle. Although Malaysia lost, but this is just a friendly match. The coach would sure be testing young players for their best performance. We must still support Malaysia!!!!!!!!!

#6 thing to do

After not posting for 2 days, I will be talking about where to go the second time. Kuala Lumpur Tower (KL Tower) would be my destination for today.
Did you know that KL Tower is ranked #7 in the tallest towers world rankings? Besides, it holds a strong responsibility to enhance the quality of communication and broadcasting services in Malaysia. Therefore, it is very important for we, Malaysians in telephone and fax uses. It is owned by the largest telecommunication company in Malaysia, Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM Berhad). It also has a revolving restaurant on the top of the tower. At the same time, it provides diners a panoramic of the city. So why not give it a try!!!!!

Final Results

Malaysia 1 Hong Kong 1

Malaysia have won the last game on the 9th of February by 2 goals in Malaysia. But this time, they had drawn in a friendly match in Hong Kong. It is quite a good result because the Malaysian team are playing with 10 new players and also playing in an away state. Cheers for Malaysia!!!!!!!!

70th minute

Malaysia 1 - Hong Kong 1

Hong Kong scored on the 60th minute but just right after 6 minutes Malaysia scored a goal to equalize the results . Will they continue to score more goals. Stay tuned to know it.

Halftime results

Malaysia 0 Hong Kong 0

Malaysia and Hong Kong have not scored any goals since the the first minute. Results will be reported once again if any side scores and also at the end of the game.

#5 thing to do

For today, why not talk about eating, again. For this time, it will not be Nasi Lemak (obviously), it will be Roti Canai.
Roti Canai can be found in Mamak stalls (Stalls which is opened by Indian Muslims, only found in Malaysia, I think). It normally serves with curry, but could come with sugar. It does not taste spicy and suitable for everyone. Roti Canai have lots of varities, such as Roti Canai Kosong (Kosong=Plain) and Roti Canai Telur (Telur=Egg). So why not take it a shot.

Today is the day!!!!!

Today is the day where Malaysia is going to Hong Kong to have a friendly match with them (Football). Few months ago, Malaysia have beaten Hong Kong 2-0 in the Bukit Jalil National Stadium, Kuala Lumpur. But this time, it will be in Hong Kong and also they will be playing with 10 new players in their team. Will they win? Stay tuned to know the results.

#4 thing to do

For this time, why not talk about where to go. Talking about Malaysia, your mind will sure be straight to the Petronas Twin Towers, also knowned as KLCC was one of the tallest buildings in the world. It stands in the middle of Kuala Lumpur with 88 stories, 451.9 meters high.
This building would sure be the first place you want to visit. It also has a shopping complex named Suria KLCC with lots of shops in it, including an art gallery, a philharmonic theater, an underwater aquarium and also a science centre that attracts lots of tourists. The Petronas Twin Towers is also accompanied by a park, called KLCC Park spaning 17 acres (6.9 ha) below the building with jogging and walking paths, a fountain with incorporated light show, wadding pools and a children's playground. Thats why this is the #4 thing to do.

#3 thing to do

After talking all about things to do, what not talk about how to eat like a Malaysian. The first thing you've thought  about the food in Malaysia? Yes, yes it is, its the Nasi Lemak.
Nasi Lemak is a kind of traditional food of the Malays. It was found centuries in Malaysia. There are actually two types of it : Nasi Lemak Sejuk and the well-knowned, Nasi Lemak Panas. Basically, the ingredients are same. But you can add other dishes on Nasi Leamk Panas as they serve on plates while Nasi Lemak Sejuk serve in packets. It is served with sambal (a kind of chili paste) that may be spicy for newbies. But its is still tasty to eat. But not too much, as it says Nasi LEMAK  (Lemak=Fat) HAHA. So, the #3 thing to do is to eat Nasi Lemak.
